Liberation Hemp produces a variety of pure lab tested hemp products. Our products span a variety of applications for both people and pets. Applications include tinctures, gel caps, topical rubs, bath balms, treats and vape products.
The company was established in 2017 by Jason Smith through an epiphany following surgery for a herniated disc. Due to nerve damage, the procedure did not alleviate his pain. His doctors provided him with a prescription for Oxycodone and indicated that he might need to continue with this drug for an extended period of time. The side effects of the drug were horrible, and the pain and back spasms persisted.
Jason’s neighbor suggested he try hemp derived oils. At that time hemp products were illegal but were available through several online sources. He took a full dropper of 1500mg tincture for several days and his pain and spasms finally stopped. Not knowing much about hemp, Jason began researching the topic. His 12-year old Chocolate Lab Bella was suffering from hip issues. Jason gave Bella the same product and could see almost immediately that she was more comfortable and running around like a pup again. That’s how Liberation Hemp Co. was born!
